For inserts that change content per customer based on order history, segment, or campaign data, Jetpack runs through our partnership with UnDigital. They specialize in data-driven personalization at scale: their team handles the onboarding to set up your campaign, tracks the ROI on each variant so you can see what's actually driving repeat purchase, and refines the program based on what's working.
Kitting and assembly is in-warehouse work where multiple SKUs (plus stickers, inserts, custom packaging) get assembled into a single ready-to-ship bundle. Use it for subscription boxes, gift sets, promo bundles, retailer-spec packs, or any multi-component product. Each kit is tracked against a work order in the dashboard with transparent pricing and turnaround times.
Yes for inserts: you can either print on-demand (a design update applies to the very next shipment, no batch waste) or supply pre-printed inserts of your own and we'll insert them automatically per SKU rules. For pre-printed packaging (custom boxes, mailers), inventory is stored at SKU level and the new design rolls in when you send your next batch.
