Beyond FBA

Skip the prep center.

Same shelf

Stop stitching DTC 3PL, prep house, and freight broker. One pool feeds every channel.

Same login

Live inventory, FBA orders, and DTC fulfillment. All in the same Jetpack dashboard.

Same team

The same Jetpack team you trust with your DTC orders also handles your FBA inbounds.

Amazon Spec

Amazon's spec, done right.

Amazon’s prep rules are strict, specific, and change without warning. Get them wrong and your inbound bounces. Getting them right is where Jetpack comes in.

Every label, applied

FNSKU labels follow Amazon’s exact format, applied per unit. Carton-level GS1 labels meet the receiving FC’s spec. Nothing improvised, nothing guessed.

Every pallet, built

Amazon’s pallet rules cover stacking, securing, labeling, and a 1,500 lb cap. We follow them all. Freight inbounds ship ready for receiving inspection.

Every FC, in reach

A 60+ warehouse network spans the same regions Amazon’s FCs serve. Whichever FC Amazon picks for your inbound, we ship from a Jetpack warehouse nearby.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Amazon FBA functions as a 3PL — it stores inventory and fulfills orders — but operates under Amazon's rules, branding constraints, and fee structure, meaning you lose control over packaging, inserts, and the unboxing experience. Many brands use FBA for Marketplace orders while partnering with a dedicated 3PL like Jetpack for their Shopify and direct-to-consumer channels, keeping brand control where it matters.

Yes — Jetpack handles the full spectrum: D2C, B2B wholesale, Amazon FBA and FBM prep, and retail distribution for 150+ retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Ulta, Nordstrom, Sephora, Best Buy, Macy's, REI, and more). B2B orders support EDI via SPS Commerce, pick-by-lot, GS1 labeling with SSCC codes, retail-compliant palletizing, and automated routing. FBA prep handles both small parcel and LTL freight with automated shipment creation. All channels run at 99.95% accuracy.

FBA prep is the work that has to happen between the time a SKU is in your inventory and the time it can legally enter an Amazon fulfillment center: applying FNSKU barcode labels to every unit, packing the carton, palletizing where required, and routing the inbound shipment to the FCs Amazon assigns. Jetpack 3PL handles the warehouse side: you create the FBA shipment in Amazon Seller Central and set up the order in the Jetpack dashboard, and our team applies the FNSKU labels you provide, packs the order, applies the carton labels, palletizes if it's freight, and arranges shipping based on the method you select.

Yes. You provide the FNSKU barcode sheets as PDFs (Amazon generates these on each product's detail page in Seller Central), and Jetpack applies the labels to every unit during prep. Carton-level GS1 labels are also applied by Jetpack. Box labels for the inbound shipment come from your Seller Central account.

Yes. Inventory sits in a single pool at Jetpack. FBA-bound units are pulled, prepped, and shipped to Amazon FCs through the FBA workflow; FBM-bound and DTC orders pick from the same shelf and ship direct to customers. Multi-channel sellers run Amazon, their own storefront, and B2B / wholesale on one inventory pool, so a SKU running hot on FBA doesn't strand your other channels.

FBM orders ship from the same Jetpack pool as your DTC orders, against Amazon's seller-fulfilled performance bar: on-time shipment against your listing's expected ship date, valid tracking on every order, and on-time delivery against the customer's promised window. Your Amazon listings stay in good standing while your inventory stays unified with everything else you sell.

It depends on the SKU. Fast-moving, light, high-margin units typically belong on FBA where Prime velocity does the most lift. Heavier, lower-velocity, or oversized SKUs often run cheaper on FBM because Amazon's per-unit FBA fees scale with size and weight. Many brands run a hybrid: a core set of SKUs on FBA for Prime visibility, the long tail on FBM. Jetpack supports both from one inventory pool, so the split is yours to tune by SKU.

You choose the shipping method when you create the FBA shipment in Seller Central, and Jetpack arranges carrier pickup based on that method. For freight (LTL pallets), Jetpack palletizes to Amazon's spec, including the 1,500 lb per-pallet cap.

Inside the Jetpack dashboard. You'll see the order's status as it moves through Processing, then packed, then shipped, with the carrier tracking number on the order detail page.

When Amazon routes a shipment to more than one FC, each destination becomes its own order at Jetpack. We label, pack, and ship for each one. The number of FCs Amazon picks doesn't change how the prep runs.
