Inventory Across Channels

All your channels, one source of truth.

One inventory

Every channel, marketplace, and storefront pulls from one pool. No spreadsheets required.

One platform

DTC, B2B, marketplaces, and retail. Every order, return, and report in one easy dashboard.

One care team

The same Jetpack team you trust handles every channel, every order, every issue. No round-robin.

The Channels

Sell wherever your customers buy.

Most brands don’t pick one channel and stay there. They start on Shopify, add Amazon, win a wholesale account, get pulled onto TikTok Shop. Every sales surface here runs from the same Jetpack operation.

Our Sync Engine

How it stays in sync.

Most operations bend under each new channel. Ours doesn’t. Your fifth channel costs the same operational weight as your first, with the same team you started with.

Single Inventory Pool

Every channel, marketplace, and storefront pulls from the same physical pool. No “reserved for Amazon” silos. Sell a unit on Shopify and your Walmart listing sees it gone.

Smart Order Routing

When an order comes in, MultiHub IQ picks the warehouse that lands the package fastest and cheapest, regardless of which channel it came from.

Channel-Specific Rules

DTC ships with branded inserts. Retail ships palletized with EDI labels. Marketplace orders follow each platform’s spec. One operation, three rulebooks, applied automatically per order.

Sync Threshold

Add a channel, or untangle five.

Many
For brands going wider

You’re on Shopify and looking at Amazon, TikTok Shop, or your first wholesale account. We add channels to your operation without you adding headcount, software, or warehouses.

For brands already wide

You’re on five channels with three vendors stitched together by spreadsheets. We collapse the stack so your inventory is one number and your care team is one Slack channel.

The Difference

Always fighting for you.

Most multi-channel issues happen quietly inside the operation. By the time they surface, a customer is emailing support or a retailer is filing a chargeback. Jetpack Care catches them before they get to either.

Dedicated Client Care

A real human on Slack, email, or phone. Jetpack Care catches the misses before your team does.

Quarterly Optimizations

Every quarter we sit down with you and look for new ways to tighten the workflow, reduce cost, and improve fulfillment performance.

Bolt-On Logistics Team

Direct access to the Jetpack 3PL exec team. Decades of logistics experience on your side, every week.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Yes — Jetpack handles the full spectrum: D2C, B2B wholesale, Amazon FBA and FBM prep, and retail distribution for 150+ retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Ulta, Nordstrom, Sephora, Best Buy, Macy's, REI, and more). B2B orders support EDI via SPS Commerce, pick-by-lot, GS1 labeling with SSCC codes, retail-compliant palletizing, and automated routing. FBA prep handles both small parcel and LTL freight with automated shipment creation. All channels run at 99.95% accuracy.

A multi-hub warehouse network distributes inventory across multiple regional fulfillment centers, with each order shipping from the warehouse closest to the customer. Jetpack's warehouse network spans 60+ warehouses globally: 45+ across the US, 7 in Canada, 4 in the UK, 3 in the EU, 3 in Australia. MultiHub IQ uses machine learning to distribute your inventory based on where your customers actually order from, so each shipment travels the shortest possible distance. The result: up to 3X faster transit, up to 85% fewer shipments beyond zone 4, and up to 45% lower overall fulfillment costs vs. single-warehouse setups.

3PL pricing has four components: storage (per pallet or cubic foot, monthly), receiving (typically billed hourly when inventory arrives), pick-and-pack (per order plus per item), and shipping (by weight, dimensions, zone). Costs vary by provider and volume. Jetpack's all-in rate cards bundle standard packaging, processing, and first pick. No monthly or emergency fees. Brands on our multi-hub model see up to 45% lower overall costs, mostly from cutting zone-4+ shipments by 85%.

Omnichannel fulfillment means selling on multiple sales channels (DTC stores, Amazon, marketplaces like Walmart and TikTok Shop, wholesale to retailers, retail dropshipping) but running them all from a single inventory pool, a single platform, and a single team. Instead of stitching together a Shopify 3PL, an FBA prep service, an EDI vendor, and a returns shop, every channel reads from the same operation. Jetpack 3PL is built for this from the ground up.

Yes. One physical inventory pool serves your Shopify orders, your Amazon orders, your marketplace orders, and your wholesale POs. There are no "reserved for Amazon" silos, no separate B2B warehouse, no spreadsheet split. Sell a unit on Shopify and your Walmart listing sees it gone in real time.

Every channel integration writes to the same inventory record. When an order is allocated, every other channel sees the new available quantity within seconds. Receiving, transfers, returns, and damage adjustments all update the single record too. The channel doesn't own its own inventory count. The platform does.

No, and that's the cost we're cutting. A typical multi-3PL setup means duplicate inventory, duplicate receiving fees, duplicate storage, two or three vendor relationships, and a spreadsheet to keep them all reconciled. With Jetpack, one operation handles every channel. One contract, one inventory, one care team.

Both. FBA Prep is when we receive your inventory, prep it to Amazon's spec (labels, polybags, bundling), and forward it into FBA so Amazon ships it. FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) is when Amazon orders ship direct from a Jetpack warehouse instead of going through FBA. Many brands run a hybrid (FBA for the highest-velocity SKUs, FBM for the long tail) to manage FBA fees. Jetpack handles either path or both at once.

Retail distribution comes with retailer-specific labeling, packaging, palletization, and routing rules. Get any of it wrong and you eat chargebacks. Jetpack handles EDI, retail-spec labeling, ASN generation, and palletization to each retailer's playbook. B2B Wholesale covers the details.

Yes. DTC orders can ship in branded mailers with dunnage, inserts, and gift notes. Amazon FBM orders ship in plain Amazon-spec packaging. Retail orders ship palletized with EDI labels. Marketplace orders follow each platform's spec. The order knows which channel it came from and the warehouse follows the right rulebook. See Custom Packaging for the full DTC packaging stack.

1,000 orders per month across all channels combined. That covers DTC, FBA inbound, FBM, marketplaces, wholesale POs, and retail dropshipping. If you're under that floor on one channel but over on another, your combined volume is what counts.

Onboarding is staged. We connect your DTC store and your highest-volume marketplace first, transfer inventory, run parallel for a few weeks if you want, then bring on Amazon, retail, and wholesale on a schedule that matches your operations team's bandwidth. Most multi-channel brands are fully migrated in 2 to 6 weeks. How onboarding works walks through the full process.
