Frequently asked.
Three things set Jetpack apart: Jetpack Care, our IQ engine suite, and radical transparency. Jetpack Care: every brand gets a dedicated account manager on Slack who knows your products, workflows, and priorities — not a ticket queue, not a chatbot. Three proprietary IQ engines handle the rest: MultiHub IQ uses ML to position inventory across 60+ warehouses by customer geography; Carrier IQ optimizes carrier selection per package in real time; Delivery IQ monitors shipments in transit, flagging delays before your customer notices and auto-filing claims when eligible. All-in rate cards: no monthly, emergency, or processing fees. No long-term contracts — your inventory is yours to move whenever you want.
Most ecommerce brands hit the inflection point between 200 and 2,000 orders per month — when self-fulfillment starts eating time that should go to product and marketing. Signals: outgrown warehouse space, missing SLAs, climbing shipping costs from negotiating as a single brand. Jetpack partners with brands shipping 1,000+ orders monthly, leveraging the combined volume of 5,000+ brands on our network for carrier rates single shippers can't access.
Both customer-initiated returns (a customer requests a return and ships the unit back) and Return-to-Sender (when a carrier delivery fails and the package routes back to us). Both flows feed into the same inspection and disposition pipeline, so your team only learns one process.
Yes. You set Restock, Dispose, or Quarantine per product in advance, so every return follows the rule you configured. You can also define up to 3 custom inspection steps per SKU, with backup actions if a unit fails inspection. A skincare item returned with the seal broken? Auto-quarantine. A simple replenishable that just needs a quick check? One-step restock. Each SKU runs the way you decide once.
No, by design. Refunds, exchanges, store credit, and the customer-facing returns portal live with your returns platform: Loop Returns, AfterShip Returns, Redo, Corso, or your own build via our API. Jetpack handles the physical inspection and disposition. The split is intentional: your brand keeps full control of the customer experience, and we run the warehouse side without forcing you onto a portal you didn't choose.
You set the backup action when you configure the SKU, typically Quarantine or Dispose. Failed units never silently get restocked back into sellable inventory. For lot-tracked items, photo documentation is uploaded to the return record, so you can verify exactly what came back and why it landed where it did.
Three ways: manually from the Jetpack dashboard, automatically via a supported returns platform (Loop, AfterShip, Redo, or Corso), or programmatically via our API. Every return gets a unique RMA identifier so it's traceable end to end.
