Send to one hub.
Ship from many.
Get Amazon-level transit times, with each SKU shipping from a hub closest to each customer.
Re-balancing that quietly shifts stock as buying patterns move across regions.
Margin you can keep, reinvest, or hand back to your customers as savings.

Stock everywhere it belongs.
Send replenishment to one hub. We split it across regional hubs. Orders ship from the closest to each buyer.
MultiHub IQ automates inventory distribution from seven inputs: demand, velocity, geography, and more.
Stock closer to buyers means lower costs for you, faster transit for them, and margin to keep or share.
Less guesswork, more margin.
MultiHub IQ models seven kinds of input to place every unit of inventory as close to its likely buyer as possible. Customers get Amazon-style transit. You get lower shipping zones and margin to keep or pass on as savings.
Forecasting that learns the pattern
Historical sales by region, seasonality curves, SKU velocity, all updated continuously. Distribution decisions reflect what’s happening now, not what happened last quarter.
Allocation that picks the closest hub
Geographic order origins decide where each SKU lives. Buyers concentrated in the Southeast? That’s where stock for that SKU goes. The closer to the buyer, the lower the zone.
Re-balancing that keeps up
Our highly efficient continental line-haul network moves inventory between hubs automatically as demand shifts. Far lower costs than running your own freight, faster transit, and far less work to keep each region stocked.
Is MultiHub IQ right for me?
At 2,000 orders a month with bicoastal buyers, faster transit and zone savings start to outweigh the cost of running multiple hubs. We'll model the trade-off against your real numbers before turning it on.
Past 3,000 orders a month, distribution typically saves more than it costs. Faster delivery, lower zone fees, lower carrier surcharges, and margin you can keep or hand back as customer savings.
Always fighting for you.
Distribution decisions touch margin in ways most ops levers don’t. Your Jetpack team re-tunes the algorithm with you as your business changes, so the savings keep landing.

Frequently asked.
A multi-hub warehouse network distributes inventory across multiple regional fulfillment centers, with each order shipping from the warehouse closest to the customer. Jetpack's warehouse network spans 60+ warehouses globally: 45+ across the US, 7 in Canada, 4 in the UK, 3 in the EU, 3 in Australia. MultiHub IQ uses machine learning to distribute your inventory based on where your customers actually order from, so each shipment travels the shortest possible distance. The result: up to 3X faster transit, up to 85% fewer shipments beyond zone 4, and up to 45% lower overall fulfillment costs vs. single-warehouse setups.
Three things set Jetpack apart: Jetpack Care, our IQ engine suite, and radical transparency. Jetpack Care: every brand gets a dedicated account manager on Slack who knows your products, workflows, and priorities — not a ticket queue, not a chatbot. Three proprietary IQ engines handle the rest: MultiHub IQ uses ML to position inventory across 60+ warehouses by customer geography; Carrier IQ optimizes carrier selection per package in real time; Delivery IQ monitors shipments in transit, flagging delays before your customer notices and auto-filing claims when eligible. All-in rate cards: no monthly, emergency, or processing fees. No long-term contracts — your inventory is yours to move whenever you want.
Inventory distribution is the practice of splitting your stock across multiple warehouses positioned closer to where your customers live. Done well, it reduces shipping zones, transit times, and carrier costs. Jetpack uses MultiHub IQ to handle the math automatically: you send your replenishment to one hub, and we distribute it across the network from there.
MultiHub IQ analyzes seven inputs before placing your stock: historical sales trends, current on-hand inventory, demand forecasts, SKU velocity and seasonality, geographic order origins, your fulfillment center preferences, and rebalance point thresholds. The result is a highly accurate, automated, and self-improving transfer plan that puts each SKU in the warehouse closest to the buyers most likely to order it.
Inventory distribution with MultiHub IQ becomes available at around 2,000 orders per month and typically pays for itself past 3,000. Below that volume, the storage costs at additional locations and inbound freight to get there outweigh the shipping savings. Before turning anything on, we model your real order data against the projected savings, and you see the math before you commit.
Yes. MultiHub IQ generates a transfer plan after you submit your inbound, and you can edit individual SKU placements until the shipment arrives at the Hero Hub. Common reasons to override: regional promotional campaigns, new product launches, seasonal demand shifts, or stocking a brand-new fulfillment center.
You can run multiple hubs internationally too. Jetpack's network covers 60+ warehouses across the US, EU, Australia, and beyond. Outside the US, MultiHub IQ's automated allocation isn't live yet, so you replenish each hub manually based on your forecasts. We help you set the right hub mix and reorder cadence wherever you sell.
You can start multi-hub fulfillment right out of the gate, using your past customer data to drive initial inventory placement. That said, we usually recommend four weeks of data collection before turning MultiHub IQ on, and it's generally around the 90-day mark when the best results from the machine-learning model start to land.
MultiHub IQ runs continuously. As real-time sales come in, the algorithm updates its placement decisions and triggers internal transfer orders (ITOs) to rebalance stock between hubs without you doing anything. A viral moment, a new launch, or a seasonal shift, all of it gets absorbed. Your Jetpack team is also here to collaborate with you in advance of large sales or in response to sudden, outsized shifts in demand, and to help manually rebalance if ever necessary.
No. The Jetpack dashboard shows real-time inventory by SKU and by warehouse. Every internal transfer between hubs is tracked, every transfer plan is editable before it runs, and you see what's where at all times. If anything, you see more, not less.
Manual allocation costs people, time, and judgment, and most brands' judgment isn't backed by demand forecasts modeled against geographic order origins. We've seen many brands come to us who had a dedicated planner manually calculating which SKUs to send where; the math is hard to do well. MultiHub IQ moves that burden off your team without giving up control.
Request a quote or book a call. We'll review your order volume, buyer geography, and SKU mix, then model whether multi-hub distribution will save you money before we propose anything. No pressure, no hard sell. If the math doesn't work at your volume, we'll tell you.
Let’s talk.
A short call. We’ll look at your order volume, your buyer geography, and tell you straight up whether multi-hub will save you money. If the math doesn’t work at your volume yet, we’ll tell you that too.
